Problems Exporting

I can't seem to export anything out of Family Tree Builder

The system fails at the Save In page or the Browse File page.  I have tried a reinstall to no avail. 

 Anyone got any ideas?

Dear Andrew,Thank you for writing to us. Please download the new versionof the Family Tree Builder. The version you are using (5.1.0.5209) is not the newest one. This should resolve the failure you describe.
To download the new version of the FTB, please follow these steps:
1. Enter myheritage.com with your email and password.
2. Go to 'Downloads' (on top of the screen) and click on 'Download Now'
3. Install the program on your computer using the interface.
