thank you for your inquiry. We are very sorry for the late response. Could you please explain us where did you import your tree (FTB right?) and if FTB could you please tell us what language you used during the import?
If it is not a problem please also tell us from where did you export GEDCOM. It will help us to find the bug and fix it for you.
