Since Arbel didn't respond, I will do so for him.  After clicking Help and trying to pull up the form for help from you guys, I get a message "please wait...nanorep installing", or something similar to that.  The little wheel spins and spins, but it never connects to the nanorep and you can never type in your question.  I've given it up to ten minutes to connect and, finally, just given up.

Hi Charles,

 

Can you please clear cookies/temporary internet files in your web browser?

 

In FireFox

 
1. Open an internet browser window.
2. Click on the Orange Firefox button at the top left corner of the browser window.
3. Go to History > Clear Recent History.
4. Click on the Details drop down arrow and make sure that Cookies and Cache are checked.
5. Click Clear Now.

 

Let me know if it works!
