This is my third attempt to get an answer to my original email of Aug. 26th. It was replied as having received with ticket # 2011082610002637. 

When no "immediate" reply was sent, I re-sent a reminder on Sept. 15th ; again with an acknowledgement of having received my email.

I believe that my question should be a Forum issue, as it cannot possibly take 7 weeks to get a simple reply. besides I am positive that my issue is not unique.

Question: How long does one keep your email notification  that my monthly back-up service was completed ?? Do I keep it every month ? Do I open a file to store the notifications ?

Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

I'm sorry you never got my response. I answered you on August 29, 2011. 

I just forwarded you the original answer by email. Can you let me know you got it?

Here's a copy of what I wrote in case you don't get an email from me:

You can keep the notification email for 30 days. By that time a new backup will be made and the old backup will be less relevant.  You can always access the complete list of backups made on your tree by logging into your family site and clicking on Family Tree > Backup.
