I'm a newbeginner here. The documentation on Smart Matches is horribly lacking. The best piece of information I was able to find after hours of searching, was actually this blog post:
It says that confirming Smart Matches only is available on premium sites. I am a user of a premium site, and I see texts like "Review xx new matches", "Pending confirmation (xx)", "Confirmed (0)", etc, but I do not have any interface to actually confirm the matches! I am lacking the "Confirm all / Reject all" links on top, and I don't have the "Confirm" and "Reject" actions that need to show with every match.
Is there something wrong with the site, or is this just horribly bad UI design?
(Note: putting the "™" symbol in URLs is asking for problems!)
I too registered for the Premium site but everytime I try to confirm or reject a smart match it refuses to do so as it insists on telling me to upgrade to a premium level - which I paid for monthe ago. I am seriously thinking of leaving My Heritage and sticking with Ancestors. Get your fingers out Heritage and fix these problems everyone is complaining about!
