Action 1: member updates his profie or photo online.

Action 2: the webmaster associates the person who updated his profile to the family tree. 

How come after associating the member to the person in the family tree, the information he updated did not get into the system? in other words if i click on that member in the tree the updated profile or photo are not there instead it only shows the information i had put in for that member earlier. can help?
