For the event remainders that go out daily of upcoming events, how far ahead do they go? For instance should a person be included in the e-mail notiification if their birthday is within 30 days, or is it a smaller number like within 5 - 10 days? Also is there a setting for this?
It's automatic and there is currently no setting to change.
Upcoming events are shown up to thirty days ahead and if there are no upcoming events in the next thirty days, then we show you the first event occuring closest to thirty days.
Thank you, for the information, I have one follow up question. Most likely this is automatic as well, but do the event remainder e-mails have a maximum number of people that it can include.
For instance I recently changed my setting to include "All events", from previously set to "Close Family". Now it seems like I am not receiving the events as far out as I was receiving them before, could this be from the tree hitting the maximum number of people that it can include?
I was just wondering about this, I don't really mind it not going out as far, but just curious.
