Accidental deletion in FTB - Forums

Somehow I have deleted someone in error in FTB. Now I have 50 matches in my web site to various families that say pending, but with no one there to match. Obviously this is the deleted person. How do I retrieve that information so I can confirm or reject these mystery matches?

Hi,

Since you have an extensive family tree, after editing your tree it takes a while for the Smart Matching feature to recalculate the Smart Matches for your tree.

Please let me know if you still have pending Smart Matches after a couple of days.

Yes I still have a blank match pending for a number of families. Has been this way for over a week now.

I see that you published your family project July 31.

Please let me know if 2 days after publishing your project you still have this problem.
