I want to publish the ancestors of an individual but limited to 5 generations but I cannot find out how to do that.
I have more than 2500 individuals in the tree and would like to upgrade to Premium. I cannot upgrade, however, if I cannot choose the individuals to publish. Currently it seems to publish a random selection of individuals which is entirelyunhelpful.
We have added better privacy controls in Family Tree Builder. You can now prevent online publishing of specific people, specific notes, specific facts, or certain facts for all people, hide privatized info from charts and reports, and exclude privatized info from GEDCOM exports.
To edit these privacy settings for your tree, go to Tools > Advanced Privacy Settings and select who you wouldn't like to publish.

Hi, I have the same problem, I don't want to publish all persons on the web and it's easier to select people 'not to publish'. I tried your recommendation but the person is published on web as 'privet' and it seems it's counted as one person anyway. Is there a way to select persons which shouldn't be uploaded to web site?
Or is it possible to select more persons to publish at once? At this moment it seems thatI have to add them to list one by one.
