I looked in the Help section and it says to go to options, which I did but the only option is for me to "view this person's branch" not an option to delete them. So help??
The second tree was created in Family Tree Builder, so you won't be able to edit it online. You must edit the tree in Family Tree Builder and delete this person in your tree. Then save and publish the tree again to your site for the change to take place.

may I kindly ask for the same assistance, please? My sister in law added few more people and now I can't delete any one and full site is blocked (over 250 people limit).
You should at least provide the chance to delete some people from tree and not just lock down full site and make it unusable...
We can unlock your website, so that you can downsize your family tree and preserve it for free. On your family site you can change the settings so that other site members are prevented from adding content to your tree.Maybe you'll find that useful.
