Ever since I updated to Internet Explorer 9.0 I cannot open FTB. Is this just a coincidence? This is the error message I'm seeing.

If you get a runtime error in Family Tree Builder, it is probably because your program did not install correctly.
In this case, please try to first completely uninstall FTB, and then re-download the program from our website: How do I install Family Tree Builder?
