My Heritage Family Tree Builder is a really good program (the online bit much less so),but is marred by the appalling Help files. The online Family sites have none at all.
I can find some 'How to' information on these Message boards but it takes hours to sift through them all to find what I want. You would find that most of the questions asked of team members would be unnecessary if you had decent Help files - thereby saving you all lots of time!
Also, in the next upcoming version of Family Tree Builder, we will be providing a new version of the user guide and we hope that it will be greatly improved. We would still like to get your feedback on the existing manual so that we can improve it for the next version.

The site doesn't seem to be compatible with Mac using Safari browser. Any suggestions?
