Please can you ditch this tree or at least give an option to turn it off?

If I had an axe it would be gone by now

Hi,

Thank you for writing to us.

I am afraid I did not quite understand what it is that you would like help with.

Are you trying to remove one of the family trees that you currently have on your family site?

Please let me know.

Best Regards,

Esther / MyHeritage Team

He means the tree that shows up and grows leaves everytime you click on a new name to see that person (online site).   Tree disappears when the person's information appears.

I have to agree, it IS obnoxious..

Perhaps they've fixed it; I don't see it in my tree and haven't noticed it when viewing someone else's site.

The online tree has changed quite a bit since the time this post was written.

It used to be that branches in the tree were represented by leaf icons. Now they are shown as blue and pink rectangles just above someone's entry in the tree.

I LOVE that tree!

And I think I would like a pair of leaves better than the blue and pink rectangles; they serve a purpose but to me, attractive they are not.

Hi Shelly,

Thank you for writing to us.

We appreciate the input.

I will make sure to pass this on to the appropriate department for future consideration.

Hi Olav,

Thank you for writing to us.

I am sorry but we do not generally announce the features that will be released until they are.

We do have lots of exciting features that are on their way this year, so stay tuned!
