Please try going into your family tree, making a small change on the tree, and re-publishing your tree to your family site.
The next time that you go into smart matches, they should be updated. It is possible that there will be a slight delay.

I want to do it with the online version of you product. Ive just added 80 more people than the original 20 and no more matches. Im sure i waited more that 6 hours.
