I have been using the site for about 2 years and I am really happy! In my tree, we have reached 180 members!
The last days,I have encountered a problem and I would like your advice.
I login as the administrator, but I see that a member accidentally linked my email in another member of the family and sent the invitaion! So, now I get my profile all wrong! I see myself as the administrator and my uncle at the same time!
How can I undo this faulty situation? Please help me !!
So somebody associated your email with your uncle? You should be able to change the emails in the edit contact info or edit profile areas. Another way might be to uninvite your uncle, then invite him again using the correct email. I can't say for sure, but I would think that would get rid of the problem.
