Hi, I keep ending up with two of each person. I've gone back and deleted the doubles and then somehow I do it again. Also, when I update published material there are about 10 needed updates of only one tree I work on.
If there are duplicate people in two GEDCOM files that are uploaded, they will remain duplicates and will not be consolidated, you will need to delete the duplicates manually. We intend to provide more advanced features for merging GEDCOM files and consolidating duplicates, in the future.
Hi...How do I delete them manually? My Father shows 2 spouses...both my Mother. I do an edit spouses and via Manage spouses i perform detach. The duplicate spouse goes away and I save the project. Upon reload it's back again. This is very frustrating. Please help.
