completely new family tree. - Forums

I have been trying to upload a completely new family tree to my existing site and so far the gedcom file - only 16kb - will not upload. I keep getting an error message asking me to try later, which I have done several times without success. Can you help please?

What is the name of the file? Does it have any special characters in it (Including apostrophes)?

It has an apostrophe - Jon Perry's Family Tree GED . Is that the problem? I can change that name.

Yes, please try changing the name of the file and uploading it to the site again.
