I opened up my Family Tree builder program and for some reason the screen is stretched in the program. So I can't see the bottom of the screen. It is under my tool bar somewhere. What can I do to get it back to a normal size. Even if I make it full screen i still can't see the bottom.
An application is supposed to adapt to the display resolution - NOT VICE VERSA. I have a 1280x1024 display. That is the maximum resolution it can handle, and the only resolution that gives good results. If I click the standard "full screen" button, Family Tree Builder grows too large for either dimension. I have never seen another wondows application with this problem.
Can you please let me know which screen you are using (size and if it is a netbook, wide screen etc.), so I will be able to better understand the issue?
The problem occurred the first time I ran FTB 5.1 (and persisted through that invocation). However, when I have run the program since then, full screen works fine. So, I can't reproduce the problem.
I am running on a 19" 1280x1024 display. It's Windows 7 64-bit, and the display adapter is an ATI Radeon HD 4250 (part of the motherboard chipset).
