I can't find the 'ask representative' link on the help page either & the ask a question box doesn't work, so like Dr Richard I too am wondering what's happening!
If you go to the Help pages, you can start typing your question. You will either get a link to an existing FAQ post,
or you will see a link to email a representative.
If this does not work, you can always post your question on the forums, or send a private email to support(at)myheritage.com and you will be answered as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that our resources are limited and we can't answer all the emails quickly, so priority is given to paying users.

Is this seperate to the Family Tree Builder? Problems found in the web site are they carried over into the tree builder?. Or are there two seperate programs.? One reason why i ask this is in People and Famalies there seems to be a over abundance of duplications 808 in total and Families as well. What i want to simply to do is be able correct mistakes and delete repeats etc.But i cannot see any obvious delete or correction tags. I am becoming quite fustrated at not progressing at understanding the correct proceedures.
With the Tree Builder guide does it only apply to that programe and is there a seperate one for the web site that be can downloaded as well?

Hi, i have been rather confused for the last two weeks with not being able to reactivate (1) The Ross & Kirsty web site ; e.g.the edit(yellow pencil beside the facts . ( 2) Along with adding a personal photos ,as well!no response!
(3) Also cannot edit the persons details in the modern view as there no plus signs( )showing and the horizontal is too wide. How can that be sized to the screen?
I would like to continue the project, but it seems i am the problem.Ha. Your advise would be greatly appreciated. Awaiting your advice.
