I need to delete an entire album, not just a couple pics, but the whole album. How do I do this please? There doesn't appear to be an option to delete the entire album, just to 'Remove' each photo. I have over 300 pics so I don't want to be 'removing' 300 pics one by one. Please, a quick answer to this from the Heritage Team would really good. Thank you
Thank you so much. I haven't done it yet, but I can now see that option. Don't know how I missed that as I thought I had searched everywhere for that option.
Is it possible that you are talking about the ‘Recent Photos’ album?
This is a new photo album that we have added to the photos section that collects either the last 100 photos added, or whatever photos have been added in the past few months and puts them all in one album.
Guests will not see this album. Also, as this is a virtual album, and it cannot be deleted, and no editing actions can be performed on this album.
Thank you for deleting the albums. I checked and I am listed as the site manager, so I don't know what the problem was. I don't plan to make any more albums so I should not have the problem in the future. Thanks again.
I am also having similar problem I now have a family album a recent album and six separate duplicate smaller albums I want to delete them all with the exception of the Family Album so that I just have the one Big album. I have no delete button either showing. so any help appreciated.
