Just a quick note to tell you that the PDF version for the Family Tree Chart you've just sent me is a failure: you haven't taken into account your International customers. No-one in Italy puts the maid Family Name in parenthesis, like you did on the poster. And you still have issues with the places database. I sent you an alert about this about 2 years ago and it's not fixed yet. I've spotted at least an error, BRECIA instead of BRESCIA as province for Brescia (the town). Moreover, in Italy you don't put the province like in the US, that is "Miami, Florida". You put it (only in administrative papers) with the proper abbreviation in parenthesis: "Someplace (BS)"
So, thank a lot for the PDF gift, but I will stick with Geni. :)
