I,m exasperated, I got through to support and the fix they gave me didn't work. When I tried to reply to them that the fix did not work, I got no response. I've tried sending BUG REPORTS - no one answers. I've sent numerous e-mails and no reply. I paid for a one year subscription and get no support , well once. No where in the subscription did it mention I can only get through once. I,ve been reading a lot of messages here, like yours - ANGRY, NO SUPPORT, and the list goes on. Did you always have this problem or did it just start recently.
