Since the error message is in Turkish language, instead of sending a screen shot, I am sending English translation of it.
Message is the following.
Disk Error
No disk in the driver please insert a disk to driver devicehard disk 1 DR5
I am using Vista. As far as have seen in your download page, vista was not mentioned in OS list. Can it be becauseof the OS? Do you have Vista version recently updated?
Normally program runs after retry command.
Another isssue is that. Software does not open gedcom files created with other softwares.
