problem with internal mail system

there is a problem with the messaging system, when I send a massage and it contains the symbol for "and" the rest of the message dissapears and anything typed after it has gone when the message is sent. I first noticed when I was sending links and only half the link was sent and now I have noticed the "and" symbol so it may be other things as well.

Hi Colin,

We are aware of this bug, and we have just fixed it today.

You should now be able to send complete messages with "&" symbols.

Sorry it aint fixed

Okt 24, 2010 kl 19:14 I recieved a message without the hole meassage, I replied and the same happend, he coundt see what I wrote :-(

Could you please let me know what the complete message was?

 

I want to see which character caused the truncation of the message.

Hi

 I can't tell you what he wrote to me, since I can't communicate with him,

But in my message to him I can see that the first mess. was cut just before a ø a speciel danish carater

and the second mess. was cut just before a å,

so in both cases the system can't handle danish letters

Hi,

 

I ran a test with these two characters, and did not encounter any trouble.

could it have been a different character?

You could try sending me a test message, with all the Danish special characters,

and we will see if it is truncated.
