I started a new subject on this problem, hoping someone will fix it.

Romanian characters do not appear  the ţ appears like this - þ, the şor Ş appears as ª or ºandă sometimes appears as ã (and it is not the same letter).

Fonts like Times New Roman, Arial and Verdana support romanian characters. 

Please someone fix this problem!
