'View Profile' button only on modern view - or is it?

The 'View Profile' button for each individual can only be found when using the Modern View of the tree.  Or can it be found using the Classic view - and if so, where is it?

Hi Ros,

You are correct that there is no direct link to the profile page from the classic view of the tree.

You can access the profile page of people in the tree from the Family Tree > People page.

Best Regards,

Are they working to improve (fix) this?  Entering families is easier on classic view because everything is condensed and easier to see, but harder because you cannot get into the profiles.  Especially because the basic form has lines for dates and not places.  It just makes everything hard to use.  I end up not puting in places although I have them because it is too difficult.  You have to switch between classic and modern and sometimes it loses your place.  You also have to be in modern view to add a second spouse.  This is one of my biggest complaints about the sofware.  It is hard to use, so I am entering less data.  Or am I using it wrong?

Hi Jozek!

You are not using it wrongly, there are many better features and improvments in the modern view, therefore -

we highly suggest you to switch to the modern view, so you could add all the information you have about your family and display it fully in the tree.

Isolda,
