Just now I have found out that the person profiles (all information, events etc..) is visible to the public through Family toolbar on IE.
I think that PRIVATE should mean that nobody could have access to the family tree information (of course, members excluded)..
P.S. Smart matching works fine because the information is revealed if there is a match between two trees..
Hi Josip,
As you are logged in to the Family Tool Bar, it shows your Family Sites.
If you found private information using the MyHeritage Search,
please log out, delete all the MyHeritage cookies, then perform the search again.
If you still find the private information, please post a link to the result page,
So that I can see what you are referring to.
Regards,
Noam \ MyHeritage Team
I have logged-off and deleted cookies and temporary files.. The problem is still there..
Look at the link http://www.myheritage.com/person-1000006_1_51871491/Barbara-Knapic
You could see all the information for my ancestor.. But it shouldn't be there because the myheritage family tree was set-up as private.
Regards, Josip
Your tree was listed in the Genealogy Center (only the deceased individuals)
because of the setting in Family Tree > Manage Trees > Edit
I have removed it, you should now find that this information has been hidden.
Noam.
Thanks Noah
it works fine.
