Deleting Albums

Hi, I've read the instructions for this but can find no header with the pull down menus to delete duplicate none functioning albums. Any ideas??

I also have the same problem. I have duplicate albums that need to be deleted. I'm not sure how they all got there, but when I try to delete them the pull down menu will not allow me to delete them, even though, the word 'delete' is on the menu but not highlighted.

Hi Kathy,

Go to the Photos and Videos page in your Family Site,

go to the Find page,

Click on the relevant album,

and click on the Delete Album button.

I seem to have a similar problem with non functioning album that is using up all my storage capacity.

I can't really help you but if more people have the same issue, maybe someone at my heritage will have a look. I have sent an email to this regard without response from them.
