I Can Not understand this!

I am not a happy myheritage member!!! I am having too much trouble understanding how it works. I have 1313 family already and do not know how I keep adding the same member over and over. I might have, "might have 500 family members in my family". I have three family trees but it says I have five or 6 in one it has my sister as my grandmother mother, my ex husband as my father! The attachments that I have added, I have no ideal what it is and I am afraid to open it, it may be another tree!

I've had the same problem, Nadine!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They have had bugs in their system and WE ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!  Somehow I got two sites quite some time ago and now I have had enough extra people added to my original site (not by me) so that I am over the 2500 limit and have to upgrade to gain access.  This absolutely sucks.  I am very close to just flushing the whole thing and saying the heck with it.

I am shown that you currently have one Premium site with around 800 individuals in one tree.

I will not up grade, not with the way thing are now. I have sent e-mail after e-mail and they do reply but they don't seem to understand me and I sure don't understand them. When I get to 2500 and still don't understand more I'm finished. I am a very unhappy customer with myheritage,com and I have told them so. I have told my family and friends and now I'm sorry I did!! Today I got an e-mail from them trying to get me to upgrade. No way.

Hi Nadine,

 

I see you have 4 family trees in your family site.

Perhaps this is causing the confusion?

 

Try to go to the Family Tree > Manage Trees page, and delete the tree you don't need.

If you still have trouble, please give me a specific example and I will take a look.

Thank You! I delete one, I know I didn't want it but it had the most of people in it. I hope I don't have to readd them back. These three trees are all I ever wanted but I just keep adding them and don't know how I do it.  I want to keep 1. 2. 3. these are tree on my 1. My Father's side of our family, 2. My family, 3. My Mother's side of our family

The three trees that I have are all I want, but I just keep adding more trees and I don't know how I'm doing it. How do I delete durplicate people in my tree? I'm I losing the numbers of people in my 2500 everytime I delete one, some are blank.
