You people dangle the free three days and bill people as soon as the credit card is received by you. and don't explain the steps to receive your service. I want a REFUND MASTER CARD will contact you. I don.t what the299.99 service you offered. I WANT A REFUND.

Hi Esther, thanks for responding to my query. I am not happy at all with the way the program works..............I can't find the search information I need, I cannot enter the types of information I want on my tree, I can't even find easily where to enter a person onto the tree & I have more to do with my time that fiddle around with a program that's supposed to make the process easier. I also resent the constant marketing that comes up to go to the next level to get the facility you need for your tree. I have no intention of adding anything, in fact I want my money back. I am totally dissatisfied with the program. Do I need to go back to the company who processed my original transaction or can it be organised by you?
Regarding entering information into your tree: Your tree was originally created in Family Tree Builder- the software on your computer. This means that you have to edit your tree in Family Tree Builder, and then republish it to your family site wheever you wish to make changes to your tree.
Regarding your subscription, your site is a basic site, that is free. You did not pay for the site. We are sorry that we push the Premium plans. We do offer free plans, but we must also maintain MyHeritage as a sustainable business so that you and our other users will be able to continue enjoying it for many more years to come.
Well, actually I have a reciept from Plimus Sales for $138.04 AUD 09 August 2010 for a 2 year subscription to My Heritage. That is reference No: 53740358. I have a second email address:email@example.com there's also a welcome email from MyHeritage. upgrading my Hanley web site.
I'm not really interested in trying to sort through the program, I have already spent hours trying to follow it & I'm afraid I have not had any luck. Maybe it's me, but I am not happy spending that much money or time on a program which is supposed to be easy to operate & my upgrade has not even been added to my site as far as I can see, so I want my money back!.
