Trying to upload 4 videos, but when I do so, only 2 videos display. And one of those videos won't play (it keeps looping to the 'play again' button). Also, 1 of the 4 videos displays in the 'multi-select' popup, but it does not have a checkbox next to it (I can't select it).
Hi Blanche, You can upload a video file of the following types: flv, mov, mpg, mpeg, avi, mpe, mp4 , divx, qt, m1v Each file should be less than 50 MB If you have a file which matches these cretiria, and still does not work, please send it to me at support(at)myheritage(dot)com.
