About ready to ditch this program. Can't get the FTB to download from website. Upgraded and paid for premium, got disc in mail and still can't get the thing to load. Why should I continue to try and use this and not try another brand?
I cant help with the problem of the download but mine works perfect, I just wanted to say that this site out of all the ones Ive used is the best. I use genes reunited for census records but the tree and the site is not very good. I am an invited member on ancestry I find the site not very user friendly and I cant see any records attached to the tree as I havnt paid. There was another site I cant remember the name it was such a memorable expierience.
so that I would say in my opinion is a good reason to continue to use this site and not try another.
