I've responded to messages from members but when I click on the Send button there is a very brief interval when the timer icon appears then nothing happens and the Send button remains 'greyed' out.
To get around the problem I sent the message via the Site Manager link. I found they wre also experiencing the same problem replying to messages.
What would cause this?
This is a bug caused by the - ' character in you display name. O'Hara
I will ask our Development Team to fix this bug.
In the meanwhile you can use a workaround and change your display name to O Hara
