I am the webmaster of our family website. I have added news articles. I always turn on the checkbox to "Allow others to post comments on article". Nevertheless, when members click on "Add comment" on the article on the front page, the box "Comments" does not appear to them. The box "Comments" only appear to webmasters.
How can I allow others to post comments on articles? I have already checked all website settings and have not found any setting pertinent to this. It seems there is a software problem. May you please help me?
