Error Creating Family Book

I keep trying to create my family book and I keep getting errors.  How can you get passed the error to create the book to print?

Do you have Adobe reader properly installed on your computer?

Yes I have the most up to date version on my pc.  The book that I created was a test book when I first started my tree, since then I have added alot more and would like to create a book to show at family reunions.  Now it will not let me create a new book.  Do I need to delete the old book to make a new one?

Hi Amy, 

You do not need to delete an old Family Book before creating a new one.

What happens when you try to create a new Family Book on your site? Do you receive error messages?

Yes!!!  It says Error creating family book, please try again.  And everytime I try again, I continue to get the same message over and over and over.

Thank you for describing the error to me.

This is a bug that we are aware of, where the family book generates an error from the family site.

We are working on a fix for this bug, and hope to have one in the near future.
