Multiple Entries in My site folder

Love the site and the tools but I need some help.

First question. I originally created a family tree for one part of my wife's family, got that going but in the learning curve of things I ended up creating 3 sites that show up in my "My Sites" 2 of which I made not visbale to people and renamed them with delete in front to not get confused. I would like to remove these from my site list. Can you help?

Second question I decided to open a subscription and made a family tree for part of my side of the family and I had thought that it would allow me to have 2 seperate entry points for the different families. What I would like to do is to have 2 or more family trees and have diffenrent entry points so each family does not have to go through each others family to get to the side of the family they are a part of.(confusing?) It seems that the second family tree I created will have to enter through my wifes side of the family- (the family tree I entered 1st) and select a different family tree to see  the one I created for them. It also seems that if I invite my side of the family and they want to upload pictures it will have to end up at the 1st site I created.

Sorry its hard to explain what is going on. Did I completely add the second family tree wrong or will I end up having to make some sort of generic family entry point for both families and have to tell them to enter their side by the drop down choice of family trees?

Here is the name of th My Sites to delete:

delete Family Tree Web site

delete Shuman Family Tree - 12062010b Web Site

The other projects I want to keep and need seperation help with are:

John Bonifacio Family

Main Shuman Family tree (Shuman Family Tree Web Site)

Hello,

I finally got the sites going the way I want but I still show some extra sites I need to have deleted please.

I would like to delete these 3: Belardino Sperduti Family Web Site anddelete Family Tree Web Site and deleteShuman Family Tree - 12062010b Web Site

I would like to keep these 2: Shuman Family Tree Web Site and Sperduti Web Site

Also on my Shuman Family Tree Web Site  my niece's contact name is spelled wrong. It reads Flasher not Dasher. The only place I can find it is on the contact for her but I can't seem to fix it no matter what I do. I have deleted her and readded her back and it still seems to come back and I can't find the place where it is that I can change it. Please help.

Christy Carter (born Dasher) is a niece of your wife. Click  here to view the relationship

Hi John,

I have deleted the Family Sites you have requested.

You now have 2 Family Sites remaining.

You can manage two separate sites, with one tree in each,

and invite the relevant members to each site.

Alternatively, you can have 2 Family Trees in the same site,

but then both will be displayed in the tree page - and the member will have to choose which tree to view.

Can I have 2 seperate family sites on the same premium account, or do I have to pay for the premium account for both. Is this the same if I have 2 trees in the same site?

If I do have to combine them to not have to pay another fee how does this affect how the families upload or send pictures? and calenddars and other features. Will everyone be on everything together?

I have looked through some of the material and have not found any info to help on this.

Thanks

Hi John,

A premium subscription is per Family Site.

If you have two trees in the same site,

each member will have to be associated with a specific tree,

and will get notifications for this tree.

You can also set up the site so that each member will see himself in the tree page, as a default.

Please delete all sites I have, I will need to recreate all the sites I have. Everytime I try to do something it gets worse.

When you delete the sites I request is that something only you can do or is that something I can do from my end so I don't have to further request the help to do that? If I can do that myself please tell me how. Thanks

I listed 3 sites, so I don't understand what you mean by "delete both".

Please be more specific, as I don't want to make mistakes with deletions.

Sorry please delete everything you see so there is nothing left. No matter how many things you see. I will reload from my computer when eveything that is on the site is gone. Sorry for being unclear.

I have deleted all of your sites,

except shumanfamilytree.myheritage.com,

because it was already upgraded.

You can delete the tree from this site, if you go to the Family Tree > Manage trees page.

Noam
