I am not using this account and paid for a year and want todiscontinue cancel delete remove and end this account and program and anything to do with using this product in any way....i nolonger am interested in this product or pursuing this agenda at all as of this day 02/06/2012 which leaves 3 more omonths on the present contract expiring in May and do not want to renew in any way at all
Please tell me how I can close my account with My Heritage. I opened it on 15/3/13 and have asked to close it from 16/3/13 onwards. I am not asking for refund, I am only asking for complete closure of my account. This is the most difficult process that I have encountered and as I am in my late 60s that's a real statement. Please delete my account as well as my sisters Emmanuelle and Nath (same last name) accounts. They didn't sign up for it. None of us use this website and they can't login to delete themselves.
