The information in the calendar alerts and newsletters is taken from the information in the family tree. It is the same for members and non-members. If you would like to adjust something in the calendar alerts/newsletters, you'll need to adjust it in the family tree.

Currently the only way to remove names or birthdates from the alerts would be to remove them from tree.
