Server not responding?

For the past couple of days, whenever I try to publish an update, FTB hangs at 99% of the upload & won't finish. The website appears to have been updated though. What's going on?

This problem has been resolved by the web team.

The problem was caused by one particular web server which wasn't able to correctly compile a particular database needed in order to complete the publishing process.

If you continue to experience problems of this sort, please write immediately to support@myheritage.com and we will investigate.

Hi Michael,

sorry to hear you are having trouble.

We're looking into the matter right now. I'll be in touch when there is further news.

In the meantime, I'd like your help if I may. I sent you an email with instructions for creating logs in FTB (it has screenshots and is not easily posted here, hence the email).

Can you please follow the steps there and then send me the logs? With them, the web team will be able to see what's going on in the background and it should help us fix the problem sooner.

Hello,

I have been unable to connect either. I cannot work out the Logs either. 

Still not working for me, and the emails keep bouncing. Please see my other post, I have listed the error messages already. Thanks
