I've tried to instal the flash player on my computer but it doesn't seem to be working. I went to their site and clicked on the install button. It then tells me that it has successfully been installed. Then when I go back to do the face recognition it still says that I need to install the flash player. What am I doing wrong?

There seems to be a bug in older versions Macromedia Flash player that is causing problems.

The older versions don't get uninstalled properly when you install the newest version and it confuses your computer.

What you need to do is go to http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157 and download the special Adobe uninstaller for Flash. This will clean your system of any previous versions of Flash player.

After you have finished this, please download the newest version of Flash again.

Once this is completed, I would be happy to invite you to visit MyHeritage once more and use Face Recognition.
