Smart match "error communicating with MyHeritage.com"

I recieve Smart Matches by mail, but when I want to validate them with FTB they don't show up.

When I click the button Update Now in the Smart Match window I recieve the following error "error communicating with MyHeritage.com"

What is going wrong ?

Hi Bart,

Thank you for writing to us.

Can you please check whether you have any network security or communications software running on your computer, or on the network which your computer is a part of? This may include firewalls, proxy servers, anti-viruses and/or routers. The presence of such software or hardware may cause problems communicating with MyHeritage.com, unless they are properly configured. 

Such software or hardware are more commonly found in office environments than at home.

Please let me know what you find.

OK, there was recently an update on my company computer (Trend Micro Firewall ).I have no access to change the settings Cry

I tried the smart matching on another computer ( non-company ) on the same network and this worked fine.

So problem solved, I have to use another computer Smile
