I have apparently lost my photos from my latest published tree. I have two trees published, an earlier one WITH the photos, and a later one WITHOUT the photos. I think i published these two files from different computers so they got a new ID.
I can't find any way to move the photos from the older file to the newer one. I was hoping there would be a "download/upload" option for photos I could use. I'm really - REALLY hoping I don't have to reload all the photos again individually.
I looked at your family site details and I see there are no photos on your family site.
If you have a tree in Family Tree Builder with photos, use the File > Manage Projects menu to open the tree. In the Manage Projects menu you can see how many photos are in each of your trees.
We don't have a function to allow you to transfer photos from one tree to another though, so in either case you will need to add the photos to the more up-to-date tree manually.
