I have a new computer and cannot access the editing tools to work on my site. What steps do I need to take? I am not very computer literate - please use small words. Thank you very much for a prompt response! I am a paying site member and am anxious to access my info.
I think the reason you cannot edit the site data is because you are not logged in. You can tell if you are logged in by the text at the top left (if it says 'Welcome, Guest' then you are not logged in).
Click on the 'Log in' link on the top right, if you do not know you password click on the 'Forgot your password?' link in the window that opens up.
