I have two couples in my tree who are engaged, however in the 'book report', it reads that they are married, which is incorrect.
How do I edit or change it to read engaged not married in the report?

You will probably have to update the Genealogy Book reporting that comes with MFH. I was having teh same problem before an update. The compatibility notes here confirm that partners are now handled correctly: http://www.tcgr.bufton.org/tcgrcomp.htm
