HELP

I upgraded to Preimum and ran into an issue I need an answer for. I already sent in two emails to the support email site but received no answers.  Are you the only person working to answer all these questions?

The question is how to erase/delete all the info created by a Smart Research search on an individual. You could get 20 or 30 answers per individual and this could get real confusing if you ran your whole tree. There must be a way to clear the unwanted information.

Hi,

I am sorry for the delay in answering you.

You can close your project, then go to the File > Manage Projects menu.

highlight your project, and choose to open project folder.

go to the Research folder, and delete the xml files.

When you re-open the program, all results will be gone. 

It is currently not possible to remove specific results.
