I've had to create this fake profile to post here, because I am no longer able to log into my account.
My email address contains a , which MyHeritage now considers an invalid character. It is not, as I'm getting, and always has, emails from MyHeritage just fine.
About a month ago I sent a support request, which has gone unanswered. I sent another one today, and decided to post here to see if that's a better venue for bugs.
We have an anti spam system in place that will not allow signing up/logging in with email addresses that contain words like "spam", "junk" or curse words. We do this as a precautionary measure to prevent spammers from polluting the system and protect our users privacy.
