my site http://www.myheritage.com/site-110858741/kenan was green sign matched with http://www.myheritage.com/site-family-tree-16494291/csaky-csalad-webhelye but then the green signs disappeared off my site. why is that?
my site does not show green matches with http://www.myheritage.com/site-23495991/neuwirth-jakabs, where there are numerous matches. Is this site not yet calculated for smart matching? when will it be?
Is mine? When i try to smartmatch, it says it's not yet calculated? when will it be?

You are right, the delay is currently not because of your site,
but because the Neuwirth Family Site is Basic,
and it is in line for Smart Matches since February 28.
Its matches should be calculated in a few days.
Your tree was processed for Matches on the 4th or March. This means you are only waiting for the other site.
When will the Neuwirth site be smart matched?
Hi Ron,
The Site Manager of that site chose to disable Smart Matches for his tree.
Unless he enables it, you will not get matches with it.

Hi Volodymyr,
You have published your tree yesterday.
If you wait without publishing for a few days,
you will receive your matches. It might take more than a couple of days in your case, since your tree is large, but no more than a week.
