IOK I see my name - but nobody else names, it is impossible til se the names of all my relatives, I only see the day of birth - or death - no names. I don`t understand, at the myheritage program at myt computer everything is OK, I have tryed to log out and in again at myheritage.com without any help
I took a look at your family site and was able to see all the names in your tree just fine.
When you log on, do you see "Welcome, Kirsten" in the upper right hand corner of the screen? Are you sure you are logging in with the correct email address?
Where you see only birth, death dates, etc. is the family tree page? (I see you have many very fine trees on your family tree page!)
HI there, thanks for a nice free programme and site. but i'm experiencing the same problem - no names of my family tree anywere on my heritage site (3D tree, stats ect), I'm able to log on and off from family tree builder or from heritage.com. I can acces my photos and delete my upload etc so the username and Psw is correct. Still I see no names. Funny cause I've uploaded and subsequently deleted my family tree previously (before last FTB upgrade) and then everything worked fine.
No- even if I set the family project to english in my FTB, when it is uploaded, the language is recorded as "english, danish" in the MyHeritage programme. I too suspect the problem has to do with language settings. However, in MyHeritage, settings allow Norwegian and Swedish but not Danish as preferred language, so I cant change the web version of my family into danish.
Hello. I just found out what's wrong. When you add or edit a person you have to write it on the english side and the "danish" side. It's a lot of work to do this but the progam lerans the traslation and that makes it easier. you can see it when the arrows gets black. See attatched file!
I think this probleme happened because I forgot to put in English as secondary languge when I started to use the program.
Tusind tak, ORM. That solved my problem as well. I had to save the FTB project as an English version, and re-enter all names in the tree. Now everything is displayed at the web version too. Not a very elegant workaround but effective. Thanks
I have the same problem. I can't see the names of my familytree. Everything is gone!!!! That is really funny, because the persons having this problem all live in Denmark. Without informations is my familiytree not really interesting for the rest of my family and members!
