If you delete the old Gedcom file then upload the new the site should reflect the changes. 

Now if I could only remember where they burried that page I'd tell you that.

I like the site but isn't exactly user friendly most times.....

Summary in here you can delete your exsisting file & then you can reimport the new updated file.
