hi guys, good evening.
first let me say that the new web site is THE BOMB.
it looks great and feels great.
one thing that happend a couple days back and i don't know why,
only on IE almost all family member have only their last name, and instead
of their first name it says and they have no picture (most of them had)
btw, on firefox it works normal.
most of my family mambers know only IE, so i get e-mail from them that something is wrong and the family web site.
waiting for help.

It sounds like the users are not logged into their MyHeritage accounts or are not members of the Family Site. The masking of names in the Family Tree as is a security feature designed to protect the privacy of individuals.
well, i was hoping that this is the reason but then i logged in the family web site as a guest and i could see all of the family names and not as <private>.
so i'm a little confused now. what do you suggest?
